Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or Graduate in any stream.
• Good academic record.
• At least 3–14 years of sales experience in finance companies/banks/consumer durables/telecom sector/top advisors/MDRT. Must have stayed with a single company for at least 1.5 years.
• Fairly good command over English as well as local language.
• Should be presentable.
• Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.
• Constant, positive mental energy.
• Ability to motivate people and lead a team.
• Good networking skills to generate leads and recruit influential advisors.
• The candidate should be local or should have worked in the specific location for a minimum of 4–7 years.
