Job summary

Global IT Family is seeking a Jira Specialist in Goregaon, Mumbai, to administer Jira, Confluence and related services. The role requires 5+ years of experience and hands-on expertise with Atlassian products, including Jira Service Desk and integrations with 3rd party add-ons.

The candidate will automate and optimize enterprise Jira processes, design templates, and extend REST APIs. Full-time onsite position with opportunities to implement innovative Jira solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overall experience in IT roles.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
• Experience enabling enterprise-level Jira/Confluence processes and templates.

Role & Responsibilities

The Jira Specialist is an experienced administrator and automation expert who enjoys innovation and developing solutions to better make use of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

A minimum of 2 years of experience with hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and others) and supporting 3rd party add-ons (Structure, Insight, Zephyr, etc.)

• Experience in enabling enterprise-level processes using Jira and Confluence
• Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Jira
• Experience managing reports on Jira and supported reporting applications
• Experience in using/extending REST API Services provided by Atlassian
• Experience creating JIRA templates, custom issues and workflows, custom forms and attributes
