The candidate will support Jira Cloud/Data Center environments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation while collaborating with stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Jira Administration experience.
• Strong expertise in Jira workflows, workflow schemes, and configurations.
• Experience with permission schemes and notification schemes.
• Knowledge of custom fields, screens, and issue types.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Jira projects, workflows, issue types, screens, and custom fields.
• Configure and maintain permission schemes, notification schemes, and workflow schemes.
• Create and optimize workflows based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Jira Automation rules.
• Manage users, groups, roles, and project-level access.
• Create advanced JQL queries, filters, dashboards, and reports.
• Troubleshoot workflow, permission, notification, and automation issues.
• Maintain Jira governance and configuration standards across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable Jira solutions.
