The role monitors retail outlet performance, coaches the team and channel partners, and ensures governance across Jio Points in the catchment area.

Qualifications

• Graduation and MBA preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience.
• Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory.
• Monitor performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory.
• Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound.
• Operationalize all Jio points within a Jio Centre.
• Own performance of the preferred outlets in the territory.
• Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points.
