Jio Point Lead position open at Jio. Drive channel expansion and oversee retail outlets within the catchment territory to hit acquisition and revenue targets. Ensure top-tier customer experience at Jio Points and maintain governance and productivity across teams and partners.

The role focuses on operationalizing all Jio Points within a Jio Centre and owning performance of preferred outlets, with emphasis on territory management and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduation and MBA preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience.
