Jio is seeking a field-based Channel Manager to drive channel expansion and manage performance of retail outlets within a defined catchment in Maharashtra. You will implement initiatives to achieve inbound and outbound revenue targets and ensure all Jio Points operate with top service levels.

Lead, train and monitor field teams and channel partners, uphold governance and hygiene at outlets, and deliver world-class customer experience across the Jio Centre network.

Responsabilités

• Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory.
• Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory.
• Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound.
• Operationalize all the Jio points within a Jio Centre.
• Own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory.
• Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points.
• Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Points.
• Monitor and manage productivity of the team.
• Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners.
