Job summary

Jio is seeking a results-driven channel sales professional to accelerate channel expansion and revenue in the designated catchment. You will oversee retail outlet performance and drive inbound and outbound acquisition within the territory.

You will operationalize all Jio Points within a Jio Centre, own outlet performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience. You will uphold hygiene and governance, and lead productivity by training the team and channel partners to meet targets.

• Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory.
• Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory.
• Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound.
• Operationalize all the Jio points within a Jio Centre.
• Own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory.
• Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points.
• Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Points.
• Monitor and manage productivity of the team.
• Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners.
