Job summary

Link Talent Management Services is hiring a Ring Expert to drive in-store sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences for jewellery products. You will conduct appointments, provide product information, and offer personalized styling consultations to meet client needs.

You will also handle orders, quotations, inventory, deliveries, and cash handovers, while participating in exhibitions and events to promote revenue and brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store customer appointments to understand preferences and drive sales conversions.
• Provide customers with information about jewellery products, services, and policies.
• Offer personalised diamond jewellery styling and design consultations.
• Process online orders and manage quotations and customer communications.
• Monitor product availability and maintain inventory records.
• Coordinate product orders, track delivery status, and update the Head Office.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectations and design standards.
• Manage product deliveries, advance payments, and receipt generation.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure the proper handover of cash to the Head Office.
• Participate in jewellery exhibitions, customer engagement events, and networking initiatives.
• Represent the brand and contribute to revenue generation and product strategy.
