Job summary

CaratLane in Lucknow is seeking a store-based sales professional to assist customers, share product knowledge, and drive jewellery sales. You will influence purchases, meet monthly and seasonal revenue targets, and maintain a high visual merchandise standard.

You will address customer queries, follow up, and ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment while handling payments and delivery preparations. The role involves inventory checks and collaboration with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge
• Influencing and selling jewellery
• Achieve Revenue targets - Monthly / Seasonal
• Maintain high VM standard at store
• Addressing all customer queries
• Following up with the customers
• Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
• Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery
• Retaining the existing or new customers
• Maintain and monitor store inventory
• Coordinating with inter departmental personnel
• Working on POS, ERP system, Magento etc.
