Job summary

Leisha Hr & Pr Solutions is seeking a Dealer Development professional to identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets such as warehouses, factories, gyms, and other industrial sectors in India.

You will drive dealer acquisition, activation and revenue, enablement, and performance management to support sales growth and market expansion. 2+ years of experience in technical sales in HVAC or industrial equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC or industrial equipment.
