Role Overview:

We are looking for aJava ProductionSupportwith strong knowledge inJavaand experience in applicationsupportactivities. The candidate should be capable of handling incidents, monitoring alerts, andsupporting business-critical applications in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide productionsupportforJava-based applications and ensure application stability.

Handle incident management activities including issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Monitor application health, alerts, and system performance, and take necessary actions.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and effective issue handling.

Communicate solutions clearly and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

Java:

• Strong knowledge in CoreJavaconcepts including OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, and Design Patterns.


• Good coding ability with strong problem-solving skills and focus on code quality.

SQL:
