Qualifications

• L3 production/support experience required.
• Experience with ITRS Geneos or similar monitoring tools.
• Strong Windows and Unix/Linux system administration skills.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Shell or Batch.
• Hands-on Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, views, triggers).
• Experience with Airflow or Control-M scheduling.
• Production infrastructure support aligned with ITIL processes.
• Automation mindset to reduce manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Configure and manage ITRS monitoring (rules, samplers, Active Console).
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting.
• Manage job schedulers such as Airflow and Control-M.
• Support Windows and Unix production environments.
• Ensure stability, availability and operational excellence.
