Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java-based backend development and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and event-driven design.
• Proficient in multithreading and JVM tuning basics.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies.
• Develop reusable backend components following clean architecture.
• Optimize performance via caching, asynchronous processing, and tuning.
• Own end-to-end delivery including deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews for quality and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs.
• Design event-driven architectures for scalability.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication mechanisms to improve system scalability and resilience.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
