The role emphasizes scalable, secure, and resilient systems with emphasis on cloud-native practices, DevOps, and governance to support business growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Core Java programming with OOP concepts (Java 8+).
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and REST APIs.
• Hibernate experience for data access and mapping.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Lead technical decisions for modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and reusable frameworks across teams.
• Lead engineering teams and drive collaboration with stakeholders.
• Implement non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, and security.
• Drive architecture reviews and modernization initiatives for future-ready platforms.
• Design enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with strategy.
• Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Identify risks and gaps, defining mitigation for long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Also ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams.
• Lead engineering teams and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives ensuring future-ready application ecosystems.
• Design and drive enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures using relevant messaging and event-streaming technologies.
• Collaborate with leadership teams and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.
• Identify technical risks and architectural gaps proactively while defining mitigation strategies for long-term platform stability.
