Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in Nagpur is seeking a senior Java engineer who will be a significant individual contributor to the code base, directly leading and mentoring other developers to deliver robust microservices.

You will be ultimately responsible for the technical success of the project, shaping architecture with design patterns, implementing OAuth2/OIDC security, and managing cloud deployments on GCP with Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Senior Java developer with hands-on microservices leadership.
• Experience with OAuth2/OIDC security and API security.
• Experience deploying on GCP with containerized APIs.
• Strong design patterns and performance troubleshooting.

Expected to be a significant individual contributor to the code base.

Directly lead and mentor other developers in the team.

Ultimately responsible for the technical success of the project.

Mandatory Skills

• Spring boot, Restful WebServices, Java, Microservices, containerised APIs, GCP (preferred), low level design, test automation.
• Experience with GCP Containerized APIs ( Cloud agnostic ) with Development & deployment
• Microservices authorization experience using OAuth2.0, OIDC
• Must have hands on experience in Microservice implementation
• Good exposure on the Design and well versed with Design patterns for API/Microservices
• Hands on with Java 8.0 and above, Multithreading and Spring modules - AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming), Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA etc.
• Should have practical experience with troubleshooting performance, security aspects for Microservices for the Production environment
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipeline
• An understanding of project delivery models like Agile etc
• Preferred experience with Docker and Kubernetes in GCP
• Security related authZ and API ingeration
• Jenkins, Github for code repository and management
