Forward Eye Technologies is seeking an experienced Java Microservices Engineer in Jaipur to lead and shape the technical direction of critical projects. You will contribute as a senior developer and mentor teammates, ensuring robust API design, scalable services, and secure integration patterns.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding in Spring Boot with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes in GCP, and strong knowledge of CI/CD practices. Collaboration with product and delivery teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building microservices in Java using Spring Boot.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes in a GCP environment.
• Experience with OAuth2.0 / OIDC security in microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery.

Expected to be a significant individual contributor to the code base.

Directly lead and mentor other developers in the team.

Ultimately responsible for the technical success of the project.

Mandatory Skills

• Spring boot, Restful WebServices, Java, Microservices, containerised APIs, GCP (preferred), low level design, test automation.
• Experience with GCP Containerized APIs ( Cloud agnostic ) with Development & deployment
• Microservices authorization experience using OAuth2.0, OIDC
• Must have hands on experience in Microservice implementation
• Good exposure on the Design and well versed with Design patterns for API/Microservices
• Hands on with Java 8.0 and above, Multithreading and Spring modules - AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming), Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA etc.
• Should have practical experience with troubleshooting performance, security aspects for Microservices for the Production environment
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipeline
• An understanding of project delivery models like Agile etc
• Preferred experience with Docker and Kubernetes in GCP
• Security related authZ and API ingeration
• Jenkins, Github for code repository and management
