Job summary

Missionmind IT Services Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a JAMF Pro Administrator to manage macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices. The role requires hands-on JAMF administration and managing Apple Business Manager with Automated Device Enrollment.

The ideal candidate will have strong ITIL understanding, documentation and troubleshooting skills, plus basic scripting knowledge and experience with ServiceNow. This is a hands-on, on-site position in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ITIL process.
• Good to have JAMF 100/200/300 certification
• Good documentation, communication & troubleshooting skills.
• Basic scripting knowledge
• Experience with ServiceNow tool.
