Job summary

Tekskills is hiring a JAMF L3 Engineer in Bengaluru, India, to manage and optimize the JAMF Pro environment and Apple device lifecycle.

You will provide L2/L3 support, craft policies and security configurations, and drive patch management across macOS and iOS, while building automation scripts and maintaining inventory. ITIL knowledge and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of JAMF experience (total 7+ years)
• Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS
• Good troubleshooting and scripting skills
• Experience with MDM and security practices
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/Jira/ManageEngine
• Preferred JAMF 200 or 300 certification
• Experience with Apple Business Manager
• ITIL knowledge
