Job summary

Cloudxtreme Technologies in Hyderabad is urgently seeking an ITSM Analyst for a long-term C2H role. The candidate will bring 3–6 years of ITSM/IT operations consulting experience and working knowledge of ITIL, plus hands-on exposure to ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.

The role requires strong documentation skills, governance artifacts, and ability to engage stakeholders, with immediate joiner or 0–15 days notice.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in ITSM/IT operations process consulting.
• Working knowledge of ITIL concepts and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Experience with at least one ITSM platform (preferably ServiceNow; alternatives: Remedy, Jira Service Management, Ivanti, Cherwell).
• Strong documentation skills: process mapping, SOPs, governance artifacts, stakeholder communications.
• ITIL Foundation certification (or higher).
• ServiceNow experience in ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reporting/Performance Analytics.
• Exposure to CMDB practices and service mapping concepts.
• Experience in regulated environments (SOX, SOC, HIPAA, PCI—if relevant).
• Experience establishing or improving CAB and Problem Management rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Establish or improve CAB (Change Advisory Board) and Problem Management rhythms.
• Document processes, SOPs, and governance artifacts for ITSM programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ITSM practices with business needs.
• Support and optimize ITIL-based ITSM workflows in the chosen platform.

• ServiceNow experience in specific modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reporting/Performance Analytics).
• Exposure to CMDB (Configuration Management Database) practices and service mapping concepts.
• Experience in regulated environments (SOX, SOC, HIPAA, PCI—if relevant).
