• ServiceNow Developers with ITSM and CMDB experience

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of ITIL Processes
• Design and develop solutions within ServiceNow, including modifications of applications, Forms, Workflows/Flows, and interfaces supporting ITIL customers
• Develop and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Widgets
• Configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, ACLs, Transform Maps, and other core concepts
• Develop standards, processes, and support and maintenance of existing environment
• Analyze and convert business requirements to system requirements
• Design testing strategies for development, QA, and UAT environments with stakeholders
• Knowledge of ServiceNow release upgrade process
• Experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Case management, Service Portal, Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery, Performance Analytics, ITBM
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of end-to-end deployment process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years overall experience with 3+ years relevant ServiceNow development experience in core ITSM modules
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred
• Strong communication skills and technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale enterprise ITSM implementations
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in designing and implementing ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, Change, and Incident Management applications
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant modules
