Job summary

Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Analyst (Contract) to support ITIL-aligned ITSM activities across Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience or familiarity with Remedy, Ivanti or Cherwell.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, ITIL Foundation certification, and strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (preferred) or tools like BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Cherwell.
• Experience in ITSM modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Reporting).
• ITIL Foundation certified (or higher).
• Exposure to CMDB and service mapping concepts.
• Experience in regulated environments (SOX, SOC, HIPAA if applicable).
• Experience in CAB setup/improvement and Problem Management rhythms.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Role involves applying ITIL and ITSM best practices to incidents, problems, changes, requests, and knowledge management.
• Provide hands-on ServiceNow expertise or with alternative tools like BMC Remedy, Ivanti, or Cherwell.
• Manage ITSM modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Reporting) and keep documentation up to date.
• Coordinate CAB sessions and drive improvements in Problem Management rhythms.
