Job summary

Tesslogs IT Solutions in Bengaluru invites an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead enterprise ITOM implementations. You will design scalable ITOM architectures, drive CMDB and data quality, and oversee Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with rest APIs and IntegrationHub.

The role requires hands-on expertise, technical leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure governance, security, and scalable upgrades across large environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and architecture.
• Proven experience as ServiceNow ITOM Architect/Technical Architect.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow ITOM architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead implementation and customization of ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
• Define and maintain CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, CI relationships, and data quality standards.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Servers, credentials, probes, patterns, and schedules.
• Design and implement Service Mapping for business-critical applications and services.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and best practices to development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, integration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, developers, and solution architects.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, scalability, and upgrade standards.
