Job summary

NIIT Foundation invites applications for a Trainer to drive training delivery across soft skills programs. You will plan sessions, tailor content, and engage learners through interactive methods in both live and virtual environments.

You will monitor attendance, assess progress, provide feedback, and support placement efforts while coordinating with program managers to align training with project goals.

Responsibilities

• Training delivery: plan and conduct sessions per pre-approved schedules.
• Engage students with interactive methods to maximise participation.
• Adapt delivery for virtual environments addressing diverse needs.
• Minimise slippages and leakages of training programs.
• Content development: tailor session plans and materials.
• Incorporate multimedia tools and real-world examples.
• Monitor attendance and participation in virtual sessions.
• Provide one-on-one counselling and guidance for development goals.
• Minimise drop-outs with daily follow-ups to students.
• Develop and administer assessments for soft skills understanding.
• Provide constructive feedback for student growth.
• Maintain progress reports on performance and attendance.
• Update training activities in MIS system timely.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly training outcome reports.
• Assist students in interview prep and resume-building.
• Identify and bridge skill gaps related to employability.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends; integrate new techniques.
• Coordinate with program managers and mobilizers to align goals.
• Support virtual mobilization to enroll suitable candidates.

• Maintain detailed progress reports on student performance andattendance.

• Placement Support
  
• Assist students in preparing for interviews by conducting mocksessions and resume-building workshops.
  
• Provide support in identifying and bridging skill gaps related toemployability.
  
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions andupdate methodologies accordingly.
