Job summary

NIIT Foundation invites applications for the role of Training Center Manager. You will establish and manage the day-to-day operations of the training center, supervise a team of 4–5, and coordinate guest lectures and industry sessions to support IC-38 certification readiness.

Open to travel and relocation, you will liaise with training partners, insurers, and employers to facilitate interviews, placements and post-placement support, while driving enrollments, assessments, and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• IC-38 certified with Insurance domain experience (BFSI preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
• Open to travel and relocation to project location.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in local language with basic English; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage day-to-day operations of the training center.
• Ensure infrastructure, systems, internet connectivity and learning resources; screen and enroll target group.
• Lead a team of 4–5; coordinate guest lectures and industry sessions.
• Prepare candidates for IC-38 certification and schedule examinations.
• Liaise with IRDAI-approved training partners, insurers, and employers for interviews, placements and post-placement support.
• Achieve enrollments, training completion, certification and placements targets.
• Maintain attendance, assessments, certifications, placements and beneficiary records; submit MIS reports.
• Monitor center expenses and timely submission of bills and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and organizational policies; report to Location Leader.

Job Description

• Establish and manage the day-to-day operations of the training center.
• Insurance subject matter expert, IC-38 certified or Insurance advisor
• Ensure the center is fully functional with adequate infrastructure,systems, internet connectivity, and learning resources. Approaching and screening theTarget Group – enrolling for the Skilling course
• Lead a team of 4-5 manpower and ensure the keydeliverables expected from the team at location
• Coordinate for guest lectures, industry sessions, and expertinteractions.
• Ensure candidates are adequatelyprepared for the IC-38 certification examination and coordinate examinationscheduling following the training plan impact
• Liaise with IRDAI approve training partners, insurance companies, andother employers to facilitate interviews, placements, and post-placementsupport.
• Achieve project targets related to enrollments, training completion,certification, and placements.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, certifications,placements, and beneficiary documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports andproject updates.
• Monitor center expenses and ensure timely submission of bills,reimbursements, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, donor requirements, andorganizational policies.
• Submit daily or weekly reportsto the Location Leader/project manager

Requirements

• IC-38 Certified, Specialized in Insurance,Rich work Experience in BFSI , Commerce/Economics Education, Management, ora related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experiencein grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
• Open to travel and relocate atthe project location
• Strong leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with communitymobilization and training processes.
• Fluency in the local languageand basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
