You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinate interviews, and build a strong talent pipeline. The position is a full-time, work-from-office role in Velachery, Chennai, requiring 1+ year of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong IT technologies knowledge and hiring methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills.
• Able to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet timelines.
• Self-driven, organized, and committed to delivering quality talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT professionals via portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure regular candidate engagement and timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, candidate records, and MIS.
