Job description

• Typically, 5to 8 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or administration management role (requirements scale by company size).

Technical Stack:

• Cloud & Identity: Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, Sentinel, Purview or Google Workspace.
• Corporate Device Management (MDM): Microsoft Intune or Group Policy.
• BYOD Device Management (MAM): Microsoft Intune or Group Policy. InTune Company portal.
• Scripting / Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate repetitive administrative tasks.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving mindset, clear communication for non-technical staff, and the ability to work autonomously.

Education / Certifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience; relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified) are highly advantageous.
