SG Analytics in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned IT Systems Administrator to lead a team and manage enterprise infrastructure. You will oversee AD, Entra ID, GPO, PowerShell automation, Azure VDI, Intune, and Defender across global sites.

You will drive incident management, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor staff to raise operational excellence in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• 10-12+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge of systems, hardware, and application protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including user/group management, GPO, and identity governance.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and systems administration tasks.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure VDI, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with incident management processes, including root cause analysis, escalation procedures, and post-incident reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven track record.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications

Preferred / Desired Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial role within IT systems administration.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, ControlUp, and similar platforms.
• Experience working in a global company with distributed teams.
• ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL frameworks for service delivery, change management, and incident management.
• Experience in professional services, accounting, or similarly regulated industries with an understanding of busy season demands and client data sensitivity.
• Experience with budget planning, resource allocation, and capacity forecasting.
• Foundational networking knowledge including WAN, VPN, DNS, and network troubleshooting across multi-site environments.
