Qualifications

• 25 years of practical IT Support experience.
• Hands‑on VICIdial experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of VICIdial administration, configuration and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Linux/VICIdial server environment preferred.
• CCTV/NVR/DVR knowledge will be an advantage.
