Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable resource to coordinate IT support for end-users in our desktop computing environment at our Gujarat site.

The role requires 2+ years' experience in a pharma or regulated pharma environment with GxP and GMP knowledge, and readiness for 24x7 shifts. A bus facility is provided for staff as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in pharma IT or regulated pharma environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• GxP, GMP and IT compliance knowledge relevant to pharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-user support within the desktop computing environment.
• Provide on-site/on-call assistance to ensure timely service delivery.
• Work with site teams, IT leads, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and incident/change records.
• Be prepared for 24x7 support including night shifts.
• Bus facility available at no cost for staff.

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience:Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience working in a pharmaceutical company or regulated pharma environment.
• Pharma Domain Knowledge:Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• GxP Environment:Good knowledge and hands-on experience working in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Compliance Knowledge:Understanding of GxP, GMP, and IT compliance requirements applicable to pharmaceutical environments.
• Infrastructure Skills:Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, servers, networking, end-user support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Documentation & Processes:Familiarity with maintaining and following SOPs, work instructions, incident records, change records, and other compliance-related documentation.
• Communication Skills:Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with site teams, IT leads, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Preferred Experience:Candidates with prior experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and IT infrastructure will be preferred.
