Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an IT support resource to coordinate activities from simple tasks to more complex plans within the desktop computing environment.

The role will provide on-site/on-call support to end-users to ensure timely and accurate service delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting, strong GxP knowledge, and familiarity with SOPs and IT compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in pharmaceutical company or regulated pharma environment.
• Pharma domain knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• GxP environment: Good knowledge and hands-on experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Compliance knowledge: Understanding of GxP, GMP, and IT compliance requirements in pharma environments.
• Infrastructure skills: Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, servers, networking, end-user support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Documentation & processes: Familiarity with SOPs, work instructions, incident records, change records, and other compliance documentation.
• Communication skills: Good communication and coordination with site teams, IT leads, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Preferred experience: Candidates with prior experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and IT infrastructure.
• Flexible and ready for 24x7 support including night shifts.
