Rubicon Research in Thane, Maharashtra, seeks an IT Infra Specialist to keep site infrastructure up and running and minimize business disruption. You will provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices to keep operations smooth.

You will work with production and lab systems, maintain IT records, coordinate with vendors, and support GMP/compliance requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11). Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, O365, and network basics is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GMP-regulated systems experience, with focus on data integrity.
• Knowledge of GxP documentation and SOPs.
• Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance desirable.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all site infra is up and running with no business disruption.
• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners/printers, and other end-user devices.
• Ensure proper functioning of systems used in production, packaging, and laboratory areas (e.g., CHROMELEON, CDS, PLC/SCADA).
• Maintain backup logbooks day to day basis.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues.
• Support end-users with application and system issues.
• Support user department team in pharmaceutical validation procedures (IQ/OQ/PQ) and QMS processes.
• Publish periodic updates of site IT related support tickets and projects to IT leadership.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
• Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, O365, and backup management tools.
• Hands-on experience in GMP-regulated systems, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and data integrity requirements are desirable.
• Documentation skills in compliance with GxP and SOPs.
