Job summary

Zycus is seeking an IT Support Engineer Intern to assist the internal IT team in handling day-to-day tickets, provisioning access, and learning the basics of running IT for a growing software company.

You will respond to requests, help with system setup, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues with clear documentation as you gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Freshers welcome, up to 1 year experience.
• Basic OS and networking knowledge.
• Good communication and eagerness to learn.
