You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise infrastructure and end-user support while collaborating with the IT team on day-to-day requests. You'll build a foundation in networking, hardware, and systems administration, handle onboarding device setups, and contribute to workplace tools administration with Microsoft 365 and Google

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of desktop and L1 IT support.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, subnetting
• Familiarity with Aruba Wi-Fi and access points
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Basic administration experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Resolve L1 desktop and laptop issues raised by employees
• Set up and configure new devices for onboarding
• Support troubleshooting of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and subnetting issues
• Assist in maintaining network configurations and documentation
• Help monitor and troubleshoot Aruba wireless access points
• Support connectivity issues across office locations
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on employee devices
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members

What You'll Do
