Job summary

CRI Group is seeking a capable IT Infrastructure Technician to install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, network devices and security systems. You will ensure high availability, performance and security across the IT estate, including Wi‑Fi, CCTV, firewall, and VPN components.

You will troubleshoot incidents, manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, and support cyber security basics to protect assets and data across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hardware maintenance for desktops and laptops.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, routing and switching.
• Managing firewall rules and VPN connections.
• Wi‑Fi network troubleshooting and access point management.
• CCTV/NVR/DVR surveillance system administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Basic cybersecurity concepts and practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain IT endpoints and network devices.
• Ensure high availability, security and performance of desktops, laptops, network gear, Wi‑Fi, CCTV and firewall systems.
• Troubleshoot IT assets and respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure security and compliance.
