Job summary

Enercomp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad designs and builds drones and related avionics. We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to maintain IT systems and provide day-to-day technical support on-site at Changodar.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in IT support, strong Windows and networking knowledge, and good communication. You will configure devices, manage users, back up data and assist with office tech needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT support, technical support or system support.
• Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, hardware and networking.
• Working understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers and switches.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, antivirus and backup practices.
• Clear communication and a helpful approach to supporting colleagues.
• Good documentation and problem-solving habits.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot operating system, application, hardware and connectivity problems.
• Manage email accounts, user accounts, system access and permissions.
• Support the LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers and switches.
• Handle software installation, updates, antivirus and routine system maintenance.
• Run data backups and apply basic security and cybersecurity practices.
• Manage the employee biometric attendance system: enrolment, access and troubleshooting.
• Maintain records of IT assets, plus documentation, issue logs and service records.
• Monitor equipment and flag anything needing preventive maintenance or replacement.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Support video conferencing, meeting rooms and other office IT needs.
