Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of IT support or related work experience.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, common office software, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). Knowledge of information security principles (firewalls, encryption, access control).
• Language Skills: Fluent English for effective communication with international teams and vendors; proficiency in Hindi or local languages is an advantage.

• Technical Support: Provide daily technical support and resolve issues encountered by employees with computers, networks, and related devices.

• Project Support: Participate in planning, execution, and monitoring of IT-related projects to ensure timely completion.
• User Training: Provide necessary IT training and guidance to employees to enhance their technical skills and work efficiency.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain IT-related documentation, such as operation manuals, troubleshooting guides, and project reports.
