Job summary

Phenom Cloud is seeking IT Support Associates (Freshers) to provide technical support for end users in a UK-shift environment from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud-related requests, with exposure to Office 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Candidates should have a B.Tech / B.Sc (Computers) / BCA / MCA / M.Sc (Computers) and be willing to work UK shifts. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are expected to deliver timely support

Qualifications

• Freshers (0-1 year experience).
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.Sc (Computers), BCA, MCA, or related fields.
• Willingness to work in UK Shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and connectivity problems.
• Support users via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
• Assist with Office 365, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and support tickets.
• Document incidents and escalate complex issues when required.
• Ensure timely resolution within SLA timelines.
• Support users with basic cloud-related requests.

• Knowledge of cloud fundamentals such as VMs, Storage, Networking, and IAM.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
