The role emphasizes vendor management, stakeholder coordination, negotiations, and recruitment knowledge to build a reliable partner ecosystem delivering high-quality technical talent.

• Prepare periodic vendor performance and staffing pipeline reports.

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Staffing Specialist to support our growing delivery teams by managing external hiring partners, staffing vendors, and contract resources. The ideal candidate will have experience working with IT service companies and be responsible for ensuring timely fulfillment of client resource requirements across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise application development projects.

This role requires strong vendor management, stakeholder coordination, negotiation, and recruitment knowledge to build a reliable partner ecosystem capable of delivering high-quality technical talent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end IT staff augmentation process for client delivery projects.
• Build, onboard, and maintain relationships with staffing vendors, recruitment agencies, and consulting partners.
• Understand client technical requirements and share resource demands with vendors.
• Source contract, C2C, and permanent technical resources through external partners.
• Track vendor performance based on quality, turnaround time (TAT), submissions, interview ratios, and closures.
• Negotiate commercial terms, billing rates, margins, contracts, and SLAs with vendors.
• Coordinate interviews between vendors, internal hiring managers, and clients.
• Maintain a healthy vendor database and identify new staffing partners across technologies.
• Ensure timely onboarding of consultants while coordinating documentation and compliance.
• Monitor resource availability, project allocations, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Delivery Managers, Sales, and Project Managers to forecast staffing needs.
• Prepare periodic reports on vendor performance, hiring metrics, open positions, and staffing pipeline.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, compliance guidelines, and contractual obligations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 36 years of experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Vendor Management, or IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of key IT domains: Web, Backend, Mobile, Cloud, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and related technologies.
• Experience managing multiple staffing vendors simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of contract staffing, permanent hiring, C2C, and third-party engagement models.
• Familiarity with staffing KPIs such as submission ratio, interview conversion, closure rate, and turnaround time.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an IT Services or Digital Engineering company.
• Existing network of staffing vendors and recruitment partners.
• Exposure to web application, mobile application, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of client engagement models and resource planning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
