Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Staffing Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition, build long-term client relationships, and expand our IT staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of enterprise clients, system integrators, and technology companies, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Acquire new Direct Clients, Enterprise Accounts, and System Integrators.
- Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, HR Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Hiring Managers.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client staffing requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rate cards, MSAs, NDAs, and staffing agreements.
- Drive Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, Contract-to-Hire, and Project-Based Hiring.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews using CRM.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Staffing Sales or Technology Recruitment Sales.
- Proven experience in acquiring enterprise clients and managing key accounts.
- Strong knowledge of IT staffing models, including Contract, Permanent, Contract-to-Hire, and Project Staffing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and close high‑value deals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Existing network of IT decision‑makers and hiring managers.
- Experience working with BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Technology clients.
- Understanding of modern technology stacks, including Cloud, AI, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, ERP, SAP, Microsoft, Java, .NET, DevOps, and QA.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Generate 20–30 qualified client meetings per month.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline worth at least 3× the monthly target.
- Ensure client retention and repeat business.
- Meet staffing fulfillment and account growth objectives.
