About The Opportunity

A growing IT staffing and talent solutions firm operating across India, we partner with global enterprises and startups to source, deploy, and manage top‑tier tech talent for mission‑critical roles. Our Delivery Managers play a pivotal role in aligning client needs with candidate capabilities—ensuring seamless onboarding, performance tracking, and long‑term retention of contract and permanent hires. We operate with agility, precision, and deep domain understanding in software engineering, cloud, data, and DevOps verticals.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of IT staffing engagements—from requirement finalization to candidate onboarding, ramp‑up, and performance monitoring.
• Act as the primary client liaison for staffing delivery, managing SLAs, escalations, and stakeholder expectations across multiple tech roles and projects.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Recruiting, and Account Management teams to ensure timely candidate shortlisting, screening, and deployment.
• Monitor contractor performance, conduct check‑ins, and drive retention strategies—including feedback loops, engagement initiatives, and upskilling coordination.
• Prepare weekly/monthly delivery dashboards, utilization reports, and pipeline health metrics for internal leadership and client review.
• Enforce compliance with staffing contracts, billing cycles, and onboarding timelines—ensuring zero delays in talent deployment.
