UKG, Bengaluru, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to design, build, and maintain ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and related modules within the ServiceNow platform. You will implement business rules, UI policies, scripts, flows, and integrations to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, upgrades, documentation, and adherence to best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on ServiceNow platform implementation/development experience (3–5 years).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model (tables, CMDB basics).
• Two or more CIS certifications (ITSM, Discovery, SPM, etc.).
• Exposure to DevOps, ATF, or ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.
