Job summary

Digital Edge Inc. in Surat, Gujarat seeks an IT Sales & Business Development Executive/Intern to join onsite. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals for WordPress, Shopify, eCommerce, and SaaS services with domestic and international clients.

The role requires strong communication in English and Gujarati, plus the ability to work with technical teams. Onsite only, opportunity to learn SaaS/eCommerce products.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT sales, B2B, SaaS sales or related fields.
• Experience selling WordPress, Shopify, eCommerce, SaaS, or IT services is advantageous.
• Strong English and Gujarati communication skills; Hindi is a plus.
• Ability to generate leads, negotiate, present and follow up effectively.
• Comfortable engaging with domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and generate new leads.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose SaaS/IT solutions.
• Negotiate deals, prepare presentations, and close agreements.
• Utilize CRM tools and platforms for outreach and pipeline management.

For IT Sales / Business Development Executive

• 0–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or related fields.
• Experience selling WordPress, Shopify, eCommerce, website development, SaaS, or IT services is preferred.
• Strong English and Gujarati communication skills.
• Hindi communication is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
• Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, CRM tools, cold calling, or lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with both domestic and international clients.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to learn technology and understand SaaS/eCommerce products.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a technical team.
