• Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead status, interaction notes, follow-ups, and deal stages.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow up on inbound leads and schedule meetings for the Senior Sales team
• Coordinate with prospective clients to gather required information and address queriesraised by the Sales Operations team
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients regarding submitted proposals to ensureengagement and progression
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations team to facilitate the timely preparationand delivery of proposals
• Maintain accurate and up-to‑date records in the CRM, including lead status,interaction notes, follow-ups, and deal stages
• Ensure smooth and professional communication between clients and internalstakeholders to support the overall sales process

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related role
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sales activities
• Willingness and flexibility to work in the USA time zone, as required
