Sunrise Biztech Systems is seeking a Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to final closures at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore.

Hiring: Domestic IT Recruiter Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Shift: 9:00 PM 6:00 PM (IST) | 5 Days Working (Sat & Sun Off)

Experience: 12 Months to 4 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and cold calling
• Screen, coordinate interviews & ensure smooth hiring process
• Engage with candidates and drive closures effectively
• Work closely with stakeholders to meet hiring goals
