Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale programs in an Agile/Scrum setting. The role requires 7–10 years of IT project management, with 3+ years in Agile projects, and hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, or Rally.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals. IST shift from 9:00 to 18:00.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Agile best practices.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and manage change effectively.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.

Experience

• Total Experience: 7 to 10 years
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT project management
• Agile Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum environments
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar Agile PM tools

Key Skills

• 6+ years of program or large-scale IT project management experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
