Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale programs in an Agile/Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will drive project delivery, collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders, and ensure timely outcomes using Jira, Confluence, or Rally.

You will orchestrate end-to-end IT projects, manage risks and dependencies, feed progress updates, and prioritize requirements to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Total IT project management experience: 7–10 years.
• Minimum 6 years in IT project management.
• Agile/Scrum experience: 3+ years hands-on.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Rally or similar Agile PM tools.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

• Total Experience: 7 to 10 years
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT project management
• Agile Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum environments
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar Agile PM tools

Key Skills

• 6+ years of program or large-scale IT project management experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Certifications (Preferred)
