Job summary

Orbia Pune is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead highly complex IT initiatives across applications, infrastructure, digital workplace and data, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide data-driven updates to executives, guiding projects from initiation to closure within a strong governance and agile framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience leading IT projects from Initiation to closure using waterfall, agile or hybrid.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• PMP certification required; Scrum Master certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end highly complex cross-functional IT projects across the full project lifecycle, from Initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Develop and maintain project charter, project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Define and continuously refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating internal IT resources and external vendors.
• Identify risks and issues, develop and implement mitigation strategies, manage RAID logs.
• Deliver clear, data-driven executive communications, enabling informed decision making by providing visibility into project status, milestones, risks and impediments.
• Drive effective stakeholder management, managing expectations, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment between business needs and IT deliverables.
• Lead project closure activities including lessons learned, formal sign-offs.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering highly complex IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role Involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role oversees the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to robust governance frameworks, agile way of working, standardization, and enabling successful delivery across multiple IT domains such as applications, infrastructure, digital workplace and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end highly complex cross-functional IT projects across the full project lifecycle, from Initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business prioritie
• Develop and maintain project charter, project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
