Job summary

Nabhira Technologies in India is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams, drive agile delivery, and ensure timely execution of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and hands-on experience running Scrum/Agile ceremonies in a software services or product engineering environment.

Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate, you will facilitate ceremonies, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as IT Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; PMP/Agile cert a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Coordinate with development teams, product owners and stakeholders to track progress and resolve blockers.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports; coach teams on Agile best practices.

We are looking for an experienced female IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams, drive agile delivery, and ensure timely execution of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and hands-on experience running Scrum/Agile ceremonies in a software services or product engineering environment. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a liaison between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders
• Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers proactively
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Manage resource allocation and cross-team dependencies
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients/stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (Certified Scrum Master – CSM/PSM preferred)
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (PMP/Agile certification is a plus)
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
