Job summary

Visalakshi Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an on-site IT Support professional to provide day-to-day technical assistance for POS systems, desktops, printers, and basic network issues across retail locations.

You will visit on-site locations to ensure smooth business operations, troubleshoot POS applications, Windows desktops, printers, and network-related problems, and coordinate with vendors for new setups across Pan India.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of POS applications and retail systems.
• Windows desktop and hardware troubleshooting.
• Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic LAN, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide timely support to end users and retail stores.

Responsibilities

• POS Support: Troubleshoot POS application, billing, login, and transaction-related issues.
• Desktop Support: Resolve Windows OS, software, system performance, and end-user technical issues.
• Camera Support: Resolve camera hardware issues and coordinate with vendors for new setups.
• Printer Support: Troubleshoot thermal POS printers, barcode printers, laser printers, and connectivity issues.
• Basic Network Support: Troubleshoot LAN, internet connectivity, IP configuration, and network device issues.
• End-User Support: Provide technical assistance to store employees and resolve support tickets.
• Hardware Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, POS terminals, printers, and related peripherals.
• Vendor Coordination: Escalate issues to multiple teams across airports Pan India level.
• Documentation: issue logs and support documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• POS Support: Troubleshoot POS application, billing, login, and transaction-related issues.
• Desktop Support: Resolve Windows OS, software, system performance, and end-user technical issues.
• Camera Support: Resolving Camera hardware issue and Vendor Coordination for New Setup installation.
• Printer Support: Troubleshoot thermal POS printers, barcode printers, laser printers, and connectivity issues.
• Basic Network Support: Troubleshoot LAN, internet connectivity, IP configuration, and network device issues.
• End-User Support: Provide technical assistance to store employees and resolve support tickets.
• Hardware Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, POS terminals, printers, and related peripherals.
• Vendor Coordination: Escalate application, hardware, and network issues to Multiple Teams across Multiple Airports at Pan India Level.
• Documentation: issue logs, and support documentation.
