Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, computers, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system errors, software issues, printer errors, and hardware problems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, routers, LAN, and basic networking.
• Provide technical support for restaurant POS, billing, KDS, and related systems.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for major repairs and installations.
• Maintain basic IT asset and service records.
• Provide timely IT support to restaurant teams and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Travel to different restaurant locations in Bangalore whenever required.
